Summary for the month:
In September, your time of investment is 2 days for the whole team. This means it is not 2 days per person, it is 2 days collectively.
This month’s intention is for Positive Impact and T-Mobile to complete homework for the first ISO 20121 workshop and education on the SGDs be explored which will be used through the implementation of ISO 20121.
Actions to take in September:
First ISO 20121 Workshop on 8th of September at 8:00am (PDT), 4:00pm (GMT). Please remember to bring:
A notebook for interactive exercises
Complete the homework sheet and competency questionnaire before the workshop
Complete homework from ISO 20121 workshop 1 (Only important once workshop 1 has been completed):
Whole T-Mobile sustainability team to complete post workshop assessment survey. Positive Impact suggests spending 2 minutes on this survey
Schedule a sustainability team meeting before the next workshop and use the Post Workshop 1 Sustainability Team Meeting Agenda. (COMPLETED IN MEETING)
Use PowerPoint slides in sustainability team meeting to complete workshop and the rank 10 issues identified in the workshop so the top 3 can be identified. Once the PowerPoint is completed please upload to the upload document folder. (COMPLETED IN MEETING)
Complete interested party worksheet to decide on all interested parties before setting up a communication channel. This is to be worked on together in sustainability team meeting and please upload to the upload document folder.
Share the Interested Parties List with other business departments/top management to ensure you have captured all interested parties and methods of communication with them and upload a final version to the T-Mobile hub uploaded documentation.

Decide how you can set up a communication channel so the interested parties within your scope can communicate with you about sustainability and you can capture this communication.
