Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at www.positiveimpactevents.com operated by Positive Impact.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, please email info@positive-impact-events with proof of purchase.

Cancellation of subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent year in order to avoid being charged for the next year’s subscription fee.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current annual subscription period.

To cancel your subscription, please email info@positive-impact-events with proof of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription.

We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-year. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the annual billing cycle.
