In March, your time of investment is as a whole team is 2 day for the whole team. This means it is not 2 days per person, it is 2 days collectively.
This month’s intention is for Positive Impact and T-Mobile to complete homework from workshop 3 and prepare for workshop 4.

Complete homework for workshop 3:
Review minutes from meeting and note relevant actions
Complete Competency Questionnaire for ISO 20121 to see progress in sustainability understanding
Complete post workshop questionnaire to provide Positive Impact with feedback
Hold a sustainability team meeting using the ISO 20121 Post Workshop 3 Sustainability Team Meeting Generic Agenda as a guide
Ensure top management are provided with an update of the progress of the workshops
Work as a team to finalise sustainability policy in team meeting using sustainability policy template and inputting T-Mobile’s objectives as stated above.
Save finalised policy to uploaded documents
Have it signed off sustainability policy with new objectives with top management
Communicate sustainability policy through communications plan; ensure policy is uploaded to company website
Gather feedback from interested parties on Sustainability Policy
Gather feedback from supply chain on Sustainability Policy
Amend procurement documentation
Amend supplier assessment process
In February team meeting, we will complete competency questionnaire on the UN SDGs
