Summary for the month:
In January, your time of investment is as a whole team is 2 day for the whole team. This means it is not 2 days per person, it is 2 days collectively.
This month’s intention is for Positive Impact and T-Mobile to complete pre-work for workshop 3 and complete education of the SDGs .
Actions to take in January:
First draft of T-Mobile Progress report 2021
The report outlines all the work we completed in 2021
This can be downloaded and comments can be added using the Text button by T-Mobile of areas to develop or change.
Objectives and Champions:
Create and implement a measurement strategy (Aubrey)
Request suppliers to report (Heidi)
Request suppliers to demonstrate action on their sustainability goals (Heidi)
Raise awareness with stakeholders (Cori)
Education of corporate events team to implement innovative solutions(Christie)
Show leadership (Dean)
Complete pre-work for workshop 3:
Workshop 3 will take place on the 25th of January at 8:00am (PST).
Review minutes from workshop 2
Have your sustainability Policy ready so T-Mobile Sustainability team are ready to answer the workshop 3 questions
Have as much as possible completed on your Objectives, Targets and Plans template to review in workshop 3.
Each member of T-Mobile sustainability team to fill in form to think of 3 ways you can measure the objective you own (see above for the objectives and champions)
Start working on homework from workshop 3:
Complete post workshop 3 feedback form
Review minutes from meeting and note relevant actions
Hold a sustainability team meeting using the ISO 20121 Post Workshop 3 Sustainability Team Meeting Generic Agenda as a guide
Schedule an internal audit
Ensure top management are provided with an update of the progress of the workshops
Communicate sustainability policy through communications plan; ensure policy is uploaded to company website
Gather feedback from interested parties
Gather feedback from supply chain
Amend tender documentation
Amend supplier assessment process
Continue Positive Impact education
Education on SDGS (Can start at the beginning of the month):
Each Team member to spend at least 2 hours learning using educate
