The procedure for organisational roles, responsibilities and authorities: 

1. Through meeting with top management a discussion to ensure top management have assigned the responsibility and authority for:

  • Ensuring the management system conforms to the requirements of this international standard

  • Reporting on the performance of the management system to top management

2. Communicate these roles throughout the organisation

3.This procedure will be implemented and reviewed annually during the sustainability team workshop.
