Workshop Preparation Guidelines
Before facilitating each workshop, it is strongly recommended that the facilitator thoroughly review all materials in advance to ensure a well-prepared and effective session.
Essential Materials for the Workshop:
Note-taking or Recording – Assign someone to document key discussions and outcomes to be saved as part of your implementation evidence.
Whiteboard or Flip Charts – These can be physical or electronic, depending on your setup.
Sticky Notes – Useful for brainstorming and interactive activities.
Writing Tools – Ensure you have pens or whiteboard markers available.
Presentation Setup – Have the capability to display the PowerPoint presentation while simultaneously reading the script.
Documentation of Outcomes – Capture photos of completed exercises at the end of the workshop and store them as part of your implementation evidence.
