Workshop Preparation Guidelines

Before facilitating each workshop, it is strongly recommended that the facilitator thoroughly review all materials in advance to ensure a well-prepared and effective session.

Essential Materials for the Workshop:

  • Note-taking or Recording – Assign someone to document key discussions and outcomes to be saved as part of your implementation evidence.

  • Whiteboard or Flip Charts – These can be physical or electronic, depending on your setup.

  • Sticky Notes – Useful for brainstorming and interactive activities.

  • Writing Tools – Ensure you have pens or whiteboard markers available.

  • Presentation Setup – Have the capability to display the PowerPoint presentation while simultaneously reading the script.

  • Documentation of Outcomes – Capture photos of completed exercises at the end of the workshop and store them as part of your implementation evidence.

By following these guidelines, you will create a structured and well-documented workshop experience.
