SDG 1: No Poverty

What does no poverty mean for the future of how human connection happens?

Education resources on SDG 1: No Poverty

Here are 3 practical tips on SDG 1: No Poverty you could use as an #EventProf:

  1. You could ensure your suppliers are paying their staff at least minimum wage by amending your contracts to reflect this as a requirement.

  2. You could choose a destination for your event where the local community will benefit from the economic impact the event attendees will bring.

  3. You could use suppliers who are local to your event destination and are a small business.

Here is your call to action:

Share a picture on social media of how your events have made a difference in the world (and if you can, link it to today's theme).

From donating materials to connecting world leaders #eventprofs know the value of events - let’s make sure everyone else knows this too 😃
