Before your event, ask your supply chain to help you measure.
Plan time after your event to gather your measurements. This can be done using a spreadsheet; it doesn’t need to be too complicated!
The venue for your event will be able to share measurement data on their energy use and water use. You may need to make assumptions so that the data will be relevant for your meeting room or auditorium. When you share your data, share your assumptions so you are telling the full story.
